Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition

             An operator engaged in commercial air transport and aviation operations shall develop the Operator’s Manual for Maintenance Control (CAME) and have it approved by the authorized organization in accordance with subparagraph 2 of paragraph 22 of the Certification Requirements for Operators of Civil Aircraft.

Approval of the Operator’s Manual for Maintenance Control (CAME)

Application procedure chevron

       To obtain approval of the Operator’s Manual for Maintenance Control (CAME), the applicant submits an application through the electronic document management system or via the Unified Platform, “E-otinish”: Unified Platform for Receiving and Processing Citizens’ Appeals

       The service is provided free of charge.

Documents to be submitted with the application chevron

        The Operator’s Manual for Maintenance Control (CAME), signed by the head of the organization.

Timeframe for consideration of the application chevron

            The application review period is 15 (fifteen) working days in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 76 of the Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Code).

            Note: In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 76 of the Code, the duration of an administrative procedure initiated on the basis of an application may be extended by a reasoned decision of the head of the administrative body or their deputy for a reasonable period, but for no more than two months. This extension is necessary to establish the factual circumstances relevant for the proper consideration of the administrative case, and the participant in the administrative procedure shall be notified within three working days from the date of the extension.

           The procedure for submitting an application and approving the Operator’s Manual for Maintenance Control (CAME) is generally carried out in the following sequence:

  •         Evaluation of the application and decision-making;
  •         Decision and approval (or rejection) of the manual.
