The selection of candidates for vacant positions of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC is carried out on the basis of open and transparent competitive procedures.
A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition submits to the Company on hand (Astana, Mangilik el str., 55/15, block C 2.3.) or by mail to the email address vacancy@caa.gov.kz the following documents:
- application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;
- a completed employment record and a personal sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
- a copy of the identity document;
- notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
(Copies of documents on education received by nationals of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational institutions shall be supplemented by copies of certificates of recognition or nostrification of these education documents issued by the authorized body in education, with the exception of education documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions, scientific centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of Bolashak international scholarship as well as those falling under the international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence; Copies of education documents issued to Bolashak international scholarship holders shall be supplemented by a copy of the certificate of completed training under the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak" issued by the Joint Stock Company "Center for International Programs". Copies of certificates of recognition of these education documents issued by the authorized body in education shall be attached to the copies of education documents that are subject to an international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;) - notarized copies of documents confirming employment (for persons with work experience);
- notarized copies of documents confirming the availability of special knowledge or professional training in accordance with the requirements;
- a certificate of health status in the form approved by the authorized body in the field of healthcare;
- a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The participant of the competition, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).
Based on the results of the evaluation of the participants of the competition for compliance with the qualification requirements, candidates who have passed the initial selection will be notified of the date and time of the interview, which is conducted by the competition commission.
The costs of participation in the competition (travel to the place of the interview and back, rental of residential premises, accommodation, use of communication services of all types) are borne by citizens at their own expense.

Carries out continuous supervision of flight safety management systems (SMS) of service providers based on the Program to ensure Continuous Supervision; prepares periodic analysis of the state of civil aviation safety; participates in the implementation of the flight safety program in the field of civil aviation; draws up and monitors the implementation of the flight safety Plan (NASP); Develops and measures flight safety performance indicators (SPI) and defines target levels of flight safety performance (SPT); together with the heads of AAC structural divisions, participates in the development and monitoring of plans for corrective and preventive actions by SMS service providers; organizes events to promote flight safety.
1. Higher or postgraduate education in the specialty: technical sciences and technologies (flight operation of aircraft and engines; social sciences, economics and business; aviation engineering and technology, mathematical and computer modeling) or services (organization of transportation, movement and operation of transport, logistics (by industry)) or transport construction;
2. At least seven years of work experience in civil aviation organizations in positions related to the implementation, maintenance and (or) provision of flights, or at least three years of work experience in an authorized body (authorized organization) in the field of civil aviation as an inspector;
3. Knowledge of legislation in the field of the use of the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the activities of civil aviation;
4. Knowledge of the flight safety management system and availability of appropriate SMS training;
5. Knowledge and ability to apply risk management methods for flight safety;
6. Knowledge of the flight safety data collection and information processing system (ICAO Appendix 19), knowledge of the ICAO ADREP aviation Event Classification system);
7. Knowledge of ICAO standards and recommended practices, as well as other international documents in the field of flight safety;
8. Knowledge of the languages required for office management in the organization, as well as English (professional terminology in the field of activity);
9. The presence of the following qualities: stress tolerance, initiative, responsibility, integrity, cooperation and interaction, decision-making, intolerance to corruption.

Conducts ongoing oversight of the service providers' safety management systems (SMS) based on the Continuous Oversight Program, prepares periodic analyses of civil aviation safety, develops and monitors the implementation of the National Aviation Safety Plan (NASP), develops and measures safety performance indicators (SPIs) and sets safety performance targets (SPTs), participates in the development and monitoring of the service providers' corrective and preventive action plans under the SMS, and organizes safety promotion activities with the heads of AAC structural units.
1. Higher or postgraduate (Master's degree) education in the following fields: technical sciences and technology (aircraft and engine flight operation; aviation engineering and technology, mathematical and computer modeling) or services (transportation, traffic, and transport operation management, logistics (by industry)) or transport construction;
2. At least ten years of work experience, including at least two years of experience in flight safety management positions, or at least seven years of experience in civil aviation organizations, including at least three years of experience in flight safety management positions;
3. Knowledge of legislation regulating the use of airspace in the Republic of Kazakhstan and civil aviation activities;
4. Knowledge of the flight safety management system and relevant training in the SMS;
5. Knowledge of and ability to apply risk management methods;
6. Knowledge of the flight safety data and information collection and processing system (ICAO Annex 19), and proficiency in the ICAO ADREP accident classification system;
7. Knowledge of ICAO standards and recommended practices, as well as other international documents related to flight safety;
8. Proficiency in the languages required for organizational office work, as well as advanced English (professional terminology relevant to the field of work);
9. Possession of the following qualities: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, integrity, cooperation and collaboration, decision-making, and intolerance to corruption.
