Announcement of a competition for a vacant position

The selection of candidates for vacant positions of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC is carried out on the basis of open and transparent competitive procedures.


A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition submits to the Company on hand (Astana, Mangilik el str., 55/15, block C 2.3.) or by mail to the email address vacancy@caa.gov.kz the following documents:


  1. application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;
  2. a completed employment record and a personal sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
  3. a copy of the identity document;
  4. notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
    (Copies of documents on education received by nationals of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational institutions shall be supplemented by copies of certificates of recognition or nostrification of these education documents issued by the authorized body in education, with the exception of education documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions, scientific centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of Bolashak international scholarship as well as those falling under the international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;       Copies of education documents issued to Bolashak international scholarship holders shall be supplemented by a copy of the certificate of completed training under the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak" issued by the Joint Stock Company "Center for International Programs".       Copies of certificates of recognition of these education documents issued by the authorized body in education shall be attached to the copies of education documents that are subject to an international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;)
  5. notarized copies of documents confirming employment (for persons with work experience);
  6. notarized copies of documents confirming the availability of special knowledge or professional training in accordance with the requirements;
  7. a certificate of health status in the form approved by the authorized body in the field of healthcare;
  8. a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime;
  9. at least two recommendations from previous employers.

The participant of the competition, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).


ased on the results of the evaluation of the participants of the competition for compliance with the qualification requirements, candidates who have passed the initial selection will be notified of the date and time of the interview, which is conducted by the competition commission.


The costs of participation in the competition (travel to the place of the interview and back, rental of residential premises, accommodation, use of communication services of all types) are borne by citizens at their own expense.


The candidacy of foreign employees is considered within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on attracting foreign labor (foreign candidates at the initial stage of selection can provide an employment record (CV) and a cover letter, and the requested documents, specified in paragraphs 1-9, before concluding an employment contract).

Director of Department of Aviation Medicine – chief aviation inspector chevron
Responsibilities:

1. Carries out the management and coordination of the department's activities.
2. Organizes the implementation of permanent supervision and control over ensuring the medical safety of flights of civil aviation organizations;
3. Prepares and submits to the management reports on inspection and control of organizations of aviation medicine of civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. Organizes and carries out the certification of aviation medical centers and the appointment of aviation medical experts;
5. Draws up relevant certificates of certification examination, certificates;
6. Organizes consultations on complex cases of diseases of holders of a medical certificate and the decision on issuing a medical certificate.
7. Participates in the development of regulatory legal acts in the field of aviation medicine of the civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Requirements:

1) higher education in the specialty of Medical Science, General Medicine or Aviation and Space Medicine, or a certificate of retraining in the specialty of General Medicine. Certificate of a certification course (retraining) in the specialty "Health Management" or the availability of a second higher education in the field of management.
2) work experience in healthcare organization for at least ten years, aviation medicine and in senior positions for at least five years.
3) the availability of a certificate of basic and advanced professional training courses for aviation medical experts in accordance with the requirements of ICAO.
4) certificate of completion of 216/4 hours of advanced training in the medical specialty over the past five years.
5) articles or guidelines on aviation medicine, certificates of participation in congresses, conferences, seminars on aviation medicine
6) familiarization with the working conditions of civil aviation aviation personnel (annual demonstration and practical exercises).
7) knowledge of the languages necessary for conducting office work in the organization, as well as English (professional terminology in the field of activity).
8) the presence of the following competencies: stress tolerance, initiative, responsibility, consumer orientation and information, integrity, cooperation and interaction, business management, decision-making, leadership, strategic thinking, change management, intolerance to corruption.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducts office work of the Department (translation of documentation, registartion of documents, control of deadlines, distribution, execution of orders, archival work, preparation of reference materials, etc.).
2. Monitoring of aviation equipment manufacturer’s websites.
3. Maintaining the time sheet of the department employees.
4. Consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities, preparation and submission of responses to applicants.
5. Implementation of interaction with state, law enforcement and other organizations within its competence.
6. Making suggestions to improve the work of the Administration's website in accordance with the best world practices and timely updating its content.
7. Administration of the database of the Department within the competence.

Requirements:

1. Higher оr Postgraduate education in technical filed.
2. At least two years of work experience in positions in organizations of the relevant profile.
3. Experience and expertise in document management and archiving system;
4. the skills of a PC user and office equipment, work in local and global networks, oral and written communication, in the preparation of analytical documents, information materials;
5. Language skills: English – upper intermediate, Russian or Kazakh – fluent.
