Announcement of a competition for a vacant position

The selection of candidates for vacant positions of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC is carried out on the basis of open and transparent competitive procedures.


A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition submits to the Company on hand (Astana, Mangilik el str., 55/15, block C 2.3.) or by mail to the email address vacancy@caa.gov.kz the following documents:


  1. application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;
  2. a completed employment record and a personal sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
  3. a copy of the identity document;
  4. notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
    (Copies of documents on education received by nationals of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational institutions shall be supplemented by copies of certificates of recognition or nostrification of these education documents issued by the authorized body in education, with the exception of education documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions, scientific centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of Bolashak international scholarship as well as those falling under the international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;       Copies of education documents issued to Bolashak international scholarship holders shall be supplemented by a copy of the certificate of completed training under the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak" issued by the Joint Stock Company "Center for International Programs".       Copies of certificates of recognition of these education documents issued by the authorized body in education shall be attached to the copies of education documents that are subject to an international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;)
  5. notarized copies of documents confirming employment (for persons with work experience);
  6. notarized copies of documents confirming the availability of special knowledge or professional training in accordance with the requirements;
  7. a certificate of health status in the form approved by the authorized body in the field of healthcare;
  8. a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.

The participant of the competition, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).


Based on the results of the evaluation of the participants of the competition for compliance with the qualification requirements, candidates who have passed the initial selection will be notified of the date and time of the interview, which is conducted by the competition commission.


The costs of participation in the competition (travel to the place of the interview and back, rental of residential premises, accommodation, use of communication services of all types) are borne by citizens at their own expense.

Standardization officer of Department of Airworthiness chevron
Responsibilities:

Organizes work within the Department's competence to promptly notify ICAO of any differences and compliance with national legislation with ICAO standards and recommended practices, with appropriate reporting to the head of the Department; participates in the development of a time-bound plan and develops drafts of regulatory legal acts in the field of civil aviation based on amendments to ICAO standards and recommended practices that fall within the Department's competence; conducts legal monitoring on the adopted regulatory legal acts in the field of civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are within the competence of the Department; participates in the development of a time-bound plan and develops drafts of internal regulatory documents on issues within the competence of the Department.

Requirements:

1. Higher or postgraduate education in the specialty: technical sciences and technologies (flight operation of aircraft and engines; aviation engineering and technology,) or services (organization of transportation, movement and operation of transport, logistics (by industry)) or architecture and construction (construction (in the field of airfield), transport construction), business, management and law (law) or social sciences, economics and business (jurisprudence, international law).

2. At least five years of general work experience in civil aviation and/or work experience in the field of jurisprudence (legal analysis and legal expertise in the aviation industry) and/or in aviation authorities.

3. Knowledge of the languages required for office management in the organization, as well as English at an advanced level (professional terminology in the field of activity).

4. Knowledge of legislation in the field of the use of the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the activities of civil aviation;

5. Knowledge of ICAO standards and recommended practices, as well as other international documents;

6. Knowledge of internal regulatory documents, especially AAK-LEG-M.1605 Monitoring of SARPs compliance with ICAO, AAK-QMS-M.0604 Standardization of processes.
