Department of facilitation, passenger and cargo services


The Department of Facilitation, Passenger and Cargo Services (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a structural subdivision of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other regulatory legal acts.
The Department, within the scope of its powers, performs control and supervisory functions in terms of passenger, baggage, cargo and mail services, as well as in terms of the safe transportation of dangerous goods by air. The purpose of the Department is to ensure that the controlled entities of civil aviation comply with international standards and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the appropriate level.
