Issue of a permit to use radiotransfer device  

How to apply? chevron

           In accordance with paragraph 31-1 of the Rules for Certification and Issuance of Airworthiness Certificates for Civil Aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Order No. 198 of the Acting Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 24, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), in order to obtain permission to use radio transmitting equipment, the applicant shall submit an official application through the e-government web portal.Electronic licensing of the Republic of Kazakhstan Issue of a permit to use radiotransfer device 

How much does it cost? chevron

           The government service is provided free of charge.

What do I need to send with my application? chevron

           To obtain a permit to use radio transmission equipment, an application must be submitted in accordance with the form in Appendix 8-1 to the Rules, signed with an electronic digital signature and accompanied by the information required for obtaining the Permit for the Use of Radio Transmission Equipment Installed on Civil Aircraft, in the form specified in Appendix 9 to the Rules. 

How long will it take for my application to be processed? chevron

           In accordance with paragraph 31-4 of the Rules for Certification and Issuance of Airworthiness Certificates for Civil Aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the term for rendering public services is 5 (five) working days.

How long is it valid for? chevron

           In accordance with paragraph 3 of the Rules for Certification and Issuance of Airworthiness Certificates for Civil Aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan, permission to use radio transmitting equipment is indefinite.

What happens next? chevron

           The procedure for applying and issuing a permit for the use of radio transmitting equipment is usually carried out in the following sequence:

           1) Evaluation of the application and decision-making.

           The application evaluation involves a comprehensive review of the information submitted by the applicant to ensure that all aspects required by the rules are included and properly considered.

           2) Decision-making and issuance (or refusal to issue) of a certificate.

           Based on the results of reviewing the application for compliance with the Law, the aviation inspector of the authorized organization decides to issue a permit for the use of radio transmitting equipment or to refuse to issue such a permit.
