The Airworthiness Department is a structural unit of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan.
The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other regulatory legal acts.
The Airworthiness Department carries out certifications of aircraft and maintenance and repair organizations.
Public services in the field of airworthiness maintenance:
- Issuance of an airworthiness certificate acceptance decision
- Issuance of a certificate for aircraft noise
- Issuance of an aircraft radio station license
- Issuance of an airworthiness certificate for special flights
- Issuance of an export certificate of airworthiness
- Issuance of a certificate of airworthiness of an ultralight aircraft
- Issuance of a certificate of compliance of a civil aircraft with airworthiness standards
- Issuance of a certificate of airworthiness
- Issuance of a type certificate
- Issuance of a certificate of aircraft maintenance organization
