Legal Department

The Legal Department is a staff unit of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC. The Department’s main objectives include provision of legal assistance on matters concerning the Company’s activity, representation of interests of the Company in court and other organisations, as well as assistance in the organisation and execution of public procurements in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurements.

Procurement rules

When carrying out procurement activities, Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC is guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" No. 106-VIII dated July 1, 2024, and the Rules for the implementation of public procurement approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 687 dated October 9, 2024, (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 9, 2024, No. 35238).
