A voluntary reporting system aims to derive safety trends and insights through voluntary occurrence reports to improve the level of aviation safety. If you notice a hazard or unsafe practice that may pose a threat to flight safety, you can fill out and send us a voluntary reporting form.
In accordance with paragraph 44 of the State Safety Program (Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 11, 2016, No. 136), “the processing of submitted data must be carried out with the intention of preventing the use of information for purposes other than ensuring and improving flight safety, and should properly ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person and persons mentioned in aviation event reports in order to promote a just culture”.
We guarantee that the information you are submitting with this form will be treated with respect to your identity and your name and identifying information will be protected.
Please do not use voluntary reporting form to report matters beyond the scope of aviation safety, such as industrial relations issues, disputes between yourself and others or between others, or feedback on airline or airport service.
Reports should be made responsibly and in good faith. Please do not make false or defamatory reports intended to harm individuals or organisations.
Important note: Reports on aviation events, such as accidents, serious incidents, and events to be investigated, should be submitted through the mandatory reporting system, and not through this form.
