#Challenge2022 Campaign

Since the beginning of April this year, the Department of Facilitation has launched the challenge #RAKHMET2022. The purpose of this campaign is to improve the quality of passenger service by highlighting the reviews of satisfied/grateful passengers on social networks through the hashtag #RAKHMET2022. Every month, this relay is transferred from the airport to the airport.

Airport service

In order to assist in the ongoing measures to improve the quality of passenger service, the Transportation Department this year introduced a draft introductory session "Service at the airport", intended for employees of the Transportation Services of airports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zonal landing

Also, work is currently underway on the implementation of the Zonal Planting project. This project is planned to be implemented at all airports that have telescopic ladders. The main idea of the project is the implementation of passenger boarding using a single technology, it is proposed to land in specially separated areas of the aircraft cabin.  This model of passenger boarding will allow airlines to save their time.

Best Airport Service

In 2024, the Department jointly with the Department of Aviation Security launched the Best Airport Service project. The aim of this project is to improve the quality of passenger service at airports in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The pilot project involved airport departments, service providers involved in passenger service, and state government agencies performing supervisory functions at Aktau International Airport.
