In September, Kazakhstan passed an International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) aviation security audit, achieving a 95.7% compliance rate with international standards. Now the amount of fines imposed on airlines for poor quality and late service may also increase. Wouldn't that make ticket prices skyrocket? What are the effective points of change?
