Svetlana Yeroshina
Director of Department of Aerodromes and Ground Handling
Svetlana Yeroshina has been appointed Director of Aerodrome and Ground Handling Department of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC since February 2020.
From 2008 to 2017 years worked at Karagandy International Airport as a head of Engineering and Certification Department, active head of Safety Inspection, from 2014 to 2018 worked as a chief safety manager and director of the Safety and Implementation of International Standards Department of the Airport Management Group LLP, the managing company of the Kazakhstan state airports, including the international airports of Astana, Shymkent, Kyzylorda, Atyrau, Aktobe, Kostanay, Kokshetau, Petropavlovsk, Pavlodar.
From 2018 to 2020 worked as the director of the Safety Department of the Astana international airport.
She was engaged in the development and implementation of the safety management system, international standards at the Kazakhstan international airports.
Graduated with honors from the Chair of Optics and Spectroscopy, Faculty of Physics, Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov, awarded master degree in "Physics", completed post graduate course in the specialty "Physics of Condensed State" at Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov.
Completed internship at the Zurich International Airport.
Completed training at ICAO, IATA training centers in aviation transport system, safety management system, runway safety, aerodrome design and operation, aerodrome certification, wild life hazard management, aircraft ground handling, including ramp handling, aircraft de-,anti-icing management, aircraft load control, dangerous goods regulations, IATA safety audit for ground operations (ISAGO), etc.
With the direct participation of Svetlana Yeroshina Karaganda Airport successfully passed the international ISAGO audit in 2012, 2014 years and was the first Kazakhstan airport having received the corresponding registration, in 2021 the Aerodrome and Ground Handling Department of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC passed the ICAO validation audit under the USOAP CMA program with a compliance rate of 90%, in 2021 in Kazakhstan the Global Reporting Format of ICAO of runway condition (ICAO GRF) was successfully implemented.
