Oleg Avdeev has served as Director of the Air Navigation Department at JSC “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan” since August 2019.

He received his education at the Kyiv International University of Civil Aviation, where he earned a Master of Technical Sciences degree. He has more than twenty years of experience in the civil aviation administration system. At various times, he oversaw matters related to airline operations, airspace management, and air navigation. He has been actively involved in developing sectoral regulatory frameworks and implementing projects in the fields of air traffic management and aeronautical information services.
