Kim Vsevolod previously held the positions of station manager and deputy director of the Asiana Airlines representative office in Kazakhstan, and Chairman of the Airline Operators Committee in Almaty (AOC-ALA).

Holds two higher education degrees in Law (Kazakh State Law Academy, 2001) and Air Transport (National Aviation University, Ukraine, 2018). Recipient of the honorary title “Honored Worker of Tourism of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and letters of appreciation from the governments of Korea and Kazakhstan.
