Kairat Urazbayev has over 15 years of experience in corporate governance. From 2008 to 2019, he worked at JSC “Passenger Transportation” – JSC “NC “KTZ,” JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Engineering,” and JSC “NC “KazAvtoZhol.” From 1998 to 2007, he worked at the Institute for Retraining and Professional Development of Civil Servants under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a consultant at the Climate Change Coordination Center – British Council, Deputy Head of the Working Group at the RSE “Institute of Economic Research,” and Deputy Director of a Department at JSC “Institute of Economic Research” under the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He graduated from A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University, Karaganda Economic University, and the International Academy of Business with an MBA degree.
