Asem Seitova in 2002 received a higher education degree in Accounting and Audit and later earned a Master’s degree in economics.

She has extensive experience in the aviation sector, having worked for more than 10 years at the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” in various positions.

Before her appointment as Chief  Support and Resources officer at JSC “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan,” she served as Director of the Department of Economics and Tariffs at the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia.”

She began her professional career in 2002 at the Ministry of State revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan, also worked in the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC KazTransCom, JSC Real Estate Fund “Samruk-Kazyna”.
