Was born on November 10, 1986 in Almaty.

He graduated from the Academy of Civil Aviation in Almaty with a specialization in Air Traffic Control and from the Kazakhstan Multidisciplinary Institute «Parasat» with a degree in Management.

He has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry in various positions.

Adilzhan took an active part in the development of the industry regulatory framework, implementation of projects in the field of issuing licenses and professional training of aviation personnel.

Prior to his current appointment held the position of Advisor to the General Director of the RSE «Kazaeronavigatsia».

Currently, he is the Director of the Licensing Department of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan.
