She began her career as a leading specialist in the aviation security sector of the Committee for the Use of Airspace and Civil Aviation Activities of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Continued her career as a chief specialist in the strategic planning department of the Committee for the Use of Airspace and Civil Aviation Activities of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over the years, she was the chief specialist of the economics and finance department of the Committee for the Use of Airspace and Civil Aviation Activities, the chief specialist of the aviation services market formation department of the civil aviation regulation department of the Civil Aviation Department of the Committee for the Use of Airspace and Civil Aviation Activities, the chief specialist of the investment policy department of the civil aviation development department of the Civil Aviation Department, the chief specialist of the international relations department of the economic policy and international relations department of the Civil Aviation Committee, the chief specialist of the project preparation department of the investment projects department of the economic regulation department, the chief expert of the airspace exploitation department of the Civil Aviation Committee, the chief expert of the department for the implementation of international standards of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of the department - the chief state aviation inspector of the international relations and air transportation department of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From February 2024 to the present, she is the Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
