On September 18, 2023, the Implementation Directives on unmanned aviation systems for the period until the amendments publication of the main Orders of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2020 No. 706 "On approval of the Rules for the Use of Unmanned Aviation Systems in the Airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Order of the Acting Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 367 "On approval of airworthiness standards of civil aircraft vessels of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in order to comply with the requirements of the Operator for unmanned aircraft systems specified in them. 

The Implementation Directives were developed in order to implement the requirements of Chapter 9 and items 23, 24, 25 of Chapter 3 of the Rules for the Use of Unmanned Aviation Systems in the Airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
