This directive has been developed In order to implement the requirements of the items 23, 24, 25 of the Chapter 3 “The procedure for issuing Certificate for the UAS Operators” of the Rules for the UAS operations in the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the following stakeholders:
- Organizations that plan the theoretical and practical trainings for the UAS operators of the 1 or 2 categories.
- Aviation training centers that plan the theoretical and practical trainings for the UAS operators of the 3 category.
