Starting from March 2026, new international flights will begin operating from Kazakhstan. The schedule includes destinations in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Flights will be operated by both Kazakh airlines and foreign carriers, Tengri Travel reports.
According to the press service of the Civil Aviation Committee, among the first new destinations will be flights to Salalah (Oman) from Almaty and Astana, which Air Astana plans to launch starting March 9.
From March 17, FlyArystan passengers will have the opportunity to fly from Almaty to Samarkand. From March 29, SCAT Airlines will launch the Shymkent–Bishkek route, while Air Astana will begin operating flights from Almaty to Shanghai.
SCAT will also start flights from Shymkent to Novosibirsk (Russia) on May 19. Additionally, LOT Polish Airlines will launch the Almaty–Warsaw route starting May 31.
