With regard to civil aviation, amendments and additions are made to the Law “On the Use of the Airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Aviation Activities”, the Land Code, the Labor Code and other laws. The document contains important amendments for the industry aimed at further improving the mechanism for regulating the activities of civil aviation, improving flight safety and aviation security, as well as protecting the rights of citizens using air transport services, the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
