Kazakhstan and Russia to increase the number of flights and routes

An increase in the number of flights is planned on the Nur-Sultan - Moscow and Almaty - Moscow routes, as well as the resumption of flights between the regions of the two countries to the cities of Karaganda, Shymkent, Aktau, Kostanai, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Saint Petersburg, Makhachkala, Grozny, Kaliningrad, Novosibirsk and Omsk.


On the Kazakh side, the flights will be operated by the Kazakh airlines Air Astana, SCAT, Qazaq Air and Fly Arystan.


The airlines are currently working on the formation of the flight schedule.


From September 21, 2021 the number of regular flights between Kazakhstan and Russia is permitted to increase to 54 flights per week.
