Kazakhstan and Lithuania are preparing to open direct flights

In Nur-Sultan, a consultative meeting was held between the leadership of civil aviation of Lithuania and the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the opening of regular air routes Nur-Sultan - Vilnius and Almaty - Vilnius, as well as the appointment of the Hungarian airline Wizz Air as the operator of these routes. The planned date for opening flights is the first quarter of 2022, according to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development (MIID) of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
