Bek Air Operator and Airworthiness Certificates Suspended

The suspension period is indefinite.

The Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan has suspended the air operator and airworthiness certificates of Bek Air, reports BaigeNews.kz with reference to the press service of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The airworthiness certificate of the aircraft with which the accident occurred was issued in May 2019. The release date of the Fokker-100 is April 1996. Registered in the Kazakh registry on August 26, 2016 (certificate number 940).
