VietJet Air launches flights to Kazakhstan

The presentation of the opening of a direct flight between Kazakhstan and Vietnam was held with the participation of the Vice-President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Ms. Vo Thi An Xuan.

From October 25, 2022, the Vietnamese airline VietJet Air will start operating regular passenger flights on the Almaty-Nha Trang route with a frequency of 2 flights a week (Wednesday, Saturday) on A-330 type aircraft.

In addition, VietJet Air plans to start operating flights on the Astana-Nha Trang route from December 25, 2022 with a frequency of 2 flights a week (Monday, Thursday) on A-330 aircraft.

At the same time, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee Talgat Lastaev and the Vice President of the Vietnamese airline VietJet Air, Mr. Chu Viet Tsuong.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of air communication between Kazakhstan and Vietnam. The Kazakh side expressed its readiness to provide comprehensive assistance in launching and increasing VietJet Air flights to Kazakhstan.
