The Ministry of Transport held the comprehensive legal seminar, during which employees of the Legal Department explained to colleagues from the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan the application of norms and requirements for the development and approval of draft secondary regulatory legal acts.

The seminar explained the norms and requirements of the Rules of legislative work of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development and approval of regulatory legal acts subject to state registration, as well as the Rules for the placement and public discussion of draft secondary regulatory legal acts.

Following the comprehensive training, employees of structural divisions were given relevant recommendations aimed at improving the quality of development, approval of draft secondary regulatory legal acts, and discussed issues related to the sequence of development of regulatory legal acts and their placement on the portal "Open regulatory legal acts".

AAK experts, on their side, explained to the Legal Department of MoT’s colleagues the specificity of aviation international regulatory framework and the strategic implications for the growth of aviation and Kazakhstan’s economic development.

In general, the seminar allowed to expand practical knowledge in the field of development of regulatory legal acts.
