A seminar on certification of approved training organizations and corrective action plans was held in the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan

A specialized seminar was held, organized by the Licensing Department of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan (AAK), on key aspects of certification of approved training organizations (ATO) and the development of corrective action plan (CAP). The event was held in Astana and brought together representatives of about 20 ATOs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as specialists from IATA and the foreign ATO «TRITECH».

The main purpose of the seminar was to raise awareness of the ATO about the latest changes in the regulatory framework governing activities in the field of aviation personnel training. The participants were provided with detailed explanations on the amendments to regulatory and legal orders No. 115, 158 and 764, the procedure for certification of ATO, as well as the procedure for developing and approving CAP, were reviewed in detail. Special attention was paid to discussing topical issues related to improving the quality of aviation personnel training in accordance with national and international standards.

Director General of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan Catalin Radu opened the seminar with a welcoming speech, emphasizing the key role of high-quality training of aviation personnel in ensuring a high level of flight safety and compliance with strict international standards. He noted that the AAK pays priority attention to the development of a personnel training system capable of effectively meeting the challenges of the modern aviation industry.

During the seminar, the AAK experts answered the questions of the participants in detail, providing practical recommendations on the implementation of new rules and requirements in the activities of the AAK.  The participants highly appreciated the usefulness of the information received and expressed confidence that it would help them effectively carry out their activities in accordance with current legislation.

At the end of the seminar, all participants were solemnly awarded certificates of participation confirming their commitment to continuous improvement and improvement of the quality of aviation personnel training in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
