As part of the work on the further resumption and opening of international traffic, the Civil Aviation Committee of the MIIR RK, together with the aviation authorities of the People's Republic of China, worked out the issue of increasing regular passenger flights between Kazakhstan and China.
Thus, the Chinese airline Air China, starting from August 21 this year, plans to start operating regular passenger flights on the new route Nur-Sultan - Chengdu with a frequency of 1 flight a week on Sundays on A320 type aircraft.
The increase in air traffic between Kazakhstan and China will accelerate the development of trade, economic, investment, tourism and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
It should be noted that flights are planned to be carried out in strict compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and the schedule published on the airline's website.
