During the meeting, Terminals Holding LLC project team specialists presented a plan for the reconstruction of the runway of Astana airport.

The significance of close cooperation within the framework of a common working group was highlighted to ensure safety and avoid delays in the work schedule.

The parties discussed technical issues related to the reconstruction of the runway, options to reduce risks by providing additional levels of control, provision of backup equipment, as well as coordination with alternate airfields of work schedules and measures in case of diversion of flights.

In addition, a meeting was held with Terminals Holding consultants to discuss Astana Airport's development strategy.
