In accordance with the Airbus directive issued on 28 November, the software update has been fully completed on all 38 Airbus aircraft operated by Kazakhstani airlines.
At present, all Airbus aircraft fully meet the required standards and continue operating in normal mode.
We express our gratitude to all passengers for their understanding of the technical situation, the procedures of which were aimed exclusively at ensuring flight safety.
The Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, the technical and engineering teams of the airlines, as well as the country's airports promptly carried out all necessary work, ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of aviation processes and the maintenance of high safety standards.
