Information on passenger flights to/from Nur-Sultan and Almaty19/03/2020Based on the decisions of the State Commission ensuring the state of emergency under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regular and non-regular (charter) passenger flights of all Kazakh airlines to/from Nur-Sultan and Almaty, with the exception of international and cargo flights, will be suspended from 00:00 on March 22, 2020.
320 regular flights per week will be suspended from Nur-Sultan on 16 domestic routes to Almaty, Balkhash, Taldykorgan, Petropavlovsk, Taraz, Shymkent, Zhezkazgan, Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Semey, Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Kostanay, etc., from Almaty – 295 regular flights per week on 18 domestic routes to Nur-Sultan, Balkhash, Kokshetau, Petropavlovsk, Taraz, Shymkent, Zhezkazgan, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Oskemen, Pavlodar, Semey, Urjar, Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Kostanay, etc.
Based on the Report of the meeting of the State Commission for ensuring the state of emergency under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1 dated March 16, 2020, еру airlines shall provide full refund of air tickets without imposing penalties during the period of the state of emergency.
The Civil Aviation Committee recommends to passengers do not travel to the airports of Nur-Sultan and Almaty starting from 00:00 on March 22, 2020 in order to avoid accumulation of citizens.
