Child Accompaniment

➤ Children under the age of 6 are allowed to travel only when accompanied by an adult passenger.
➤ Children aged 6 to 16 may travel unaccompanied, but only if the airline's “Unaccompanied Minor” service is booked in advance.
➤ Unaccompanied minors are accepted for carriage only after the parent(s), guardian(s), or legal representative(s) submit a written request at check-in, providing all relevant travel details.
➤ When minors who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are traveling with adult passengers, the airline may require the child’s birth certificate or other documents proving kinship or legal authority to accompany the minor.
Important! Unaccompanied minors are not accepted for travel between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM in accordance with the Law "On the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan."
➤ Tickets for unaccompanied minors must be booked at least 5 calendar days before the flight.
➤ Once the child is handed over to airline or airport staff, they are checked in and assigned a seat—typically in a high-attention area on board.
➤ The parent or guardian must remain at the airport until the aircraft has taken off, in case the flight is delayed or canceled.
After landing, the child will be met by an airport staff member who will assist with baggage claim. The minor will only be handed over to the designated adult after thorough document verification (valid ID required).

Child Ticket Prices

➤ Children under 2 years old on international and domestic flights, when accompanied by an adult, may travel free of charge (without a separate seat or baggage allowance).
➤ If a separate seat is required for a child under 2 years old on an international or domestic flight, 50% of the applicable regular fare must be paid.
➤ For a second and any subsequent child under 2 years of age on an international flight, 50% of the applicable regular fare is also charged.
➤ Children aged 2 to 12 on international flights and children aged 2 to 15 on domestic flights accompanied by an adult passenger are eligible for 50% of the applicable regular fare.
➤ Regardless of age, every child with a 50% fare ticket is provided a separate seat and allowed standard free baggage. Any excess baggage is subject to additional charges.
➤ Please note: even if a child is traveling on a parent's lap, they must still be included in the booking and issued a boarding pass at check-in.
