Information about the resumption of flights to Vietnam The Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the aviation authorities of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, is working to resume regular passenger flights between Kazakhstan and Vietnam.
Thus, the largest Vietnamese airline "Vietjet Air" plans to launch regular passenger flights on the routes Kamran – Nur-Sultan and Kamran – Almaty with a frequency of 2-3 times a week, starting from the end of September this year on Airbus A-330 aircraft.
The resumption of flights between Kazakhstan and Vietnam will accelerate the development of trade, economic, investment, tourism and cultural cooperation between the countries. Vietjet Air is a low–cost airline of Vietnam.
The airline started operating flights in 2007. It operates international flights to 10 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Japan and India) on more than 19 routes. The airline has 78 Airbus A320, A321, A321peo, A330 aircraft in its fleet.
