The implementation of the “Best Airport Service” project aimed at improving the quality of passenger service continues

As part of the “Best Airport Service” project, which focuses on enhancing the quality of passenger service at the country’s airports, training seminars were held at JSC “Aktobe International Airport named after Aliya Moldagulova” and LLP “Oral International Airport” with the participation of representatives from government agencies, airport services, and airlines.

The main outcome of the work was the development of practical recommendations to improve service and foster a culture of aviation safety. The project is being implemented comprehensively, with the participation of Air Astana JSC and other key industry organizations at the airports of Aktobe and Oral.

As part of the project, thematic seminars and forums have been held, and the first stage of a passenger survey on domestic and international flights has been organized to assess satisfaction with the quality of services provided. The survey is conducted in two stages, allowing for the identification of key problem areas and the development of measures to address them.

Following the completion of the project, the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, together with airport administrations, will implement a set of further measures aimed at improving service quality and increasing passenger satisfaction levels.
