On November 5–6, 2025, a Regional ICAO EUR/NAT Workshop on Aviation Training and and human resources potential will be held in Almaty. The event will bring together experts to address challenges in human resource development, share success stories from the aviation sector, and explore regional and national strategies aligned with ICAO’s Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) programme.
The workshop invites participation from:
representatives of government authorities, airlines, airports, air navigation service providers, industry associations, academic institutions, and students.
The workshop will discuss regional and global trends in labour force and data-driven planning.
