Happy Civil Aviation Workers' Day and Aviation Security Service Day!

31/01/2025

Every year, Kazakhstan's aviators demonstrate outstanding performance. The country's compliance with the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) stands at 82%, which is comparable to the level of leading European nations. Kazakh airlines are not restricted from operating flights to EU countries.

Currently, more than 23,000 people are employed in Kazakhstan's civil aviation sector. Interest in the aviation profession continues to grow each year. Aviation is not just about pilots and flight attendants—it is a large complex of specialists and technologies ensuring the safety and efficiency of air transport.

Today, on February 1, Kazakhstan's aviation security service personnel are also celebrating their professional holiday. As per tradition, current employees and veterans of the aviation industry will be honored on this day. Additionally, this year, Kazakhstan will undergo an aviation security audit conducted by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

On the professional holiday, Certificates of Honor and Letters of Appreciation were presented to 32 employees of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan. In addition, Kanat Zhussupov received the Medal "Veteran of Labour", Yerlan Seitkerov – the Honored Aviator badge, Assem Batyrbayeva and Maxat Tundebayev – Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Yelena Uilson and Rustem Kabanbayev – Letters of Appreciation from the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On this special occasion, we extend our best wishes to Kazakhstan's aviators—may you enjoy good health, success in your work, new achievements, prosperity, and peace for your families! May civil aviation continue to reach new heights of development thanks to your tireless dedication and professionalism.
