12/07/2022

As part of the work on the further resumption and opening of international traffic, the Civil Aviation Committee of the MIIR RK, together with the aviation authorities of the Russian Federation, worked out the issue of opening two new regular passenger flights between Kazakhstan and Russia.

Thus, the Russian airline "Red Wings", starting from July 17 of this year, plans to start operating regular passenger flights on the route Almaty - Chelyabinsk with a frequency of 1 flight per week on Sundays, and also from July 22 of this year on the route Aktobe - Zhukovsky with a frequency of 2 flights per week on Fridays and Sundays. The flights will be operated on SU-95 type aircraft.

It should be noted that the opening of new flights between Kazakhstan and Russia will contribute to the further development of trade, economic, investment, tourism and cultural cooperation between the two countries. Tickets are available on the official website of the airline.
