The exercise was a key milestone in enhancing coordination and operational readiness among all stakeholders to respond rapidly to potential aviation emergencies. It was organized to improve inter-agency coordination and to test the readiness of search and rescue units under conditions simulating a real-life aviation incident.

The main focus of the exercise was to practice on-site emergency response actions in the event of an aviation accident, including containment, evacuation of the injured, provision of first aid, perimeter security, and the deployment of an on-site operational command center.

The drill involved both mobile rapid response teams from the Emergency Departments of Shymkent and Turkistan region, and specialized equipment, including ambulances provided by the Turkistan Regional Health Department and the "Tortkol" highway medical and rescue station of the Emergency Department, search helicopters, and equipment designed for operations in remote and hard-to-reach areas.

Specialists from the Emergency Departments of Shymkent and Turkistan demonstrated a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and coordination. Particular attention was paid to the interaction between rescuers, medical personnel, canine units, and local authorities.

The exercise was observed by representatives of the Strategic Planning and Operations Command Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as Mr. A.G. Niyazov, Head of the Department for Supervision of Search and Rescue Flight Support at the Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
