Employees of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan held a training seminar at Kostanay International Airport as part of the implementation of the «Best airport service project», aimed at improving the quality of passenger services.
The goal of the project is to create an effective strategy for enhancing passenger service quality and fostering a culture of aviation safety. Best Airport Service involves a comprehensive approach, with participation from government agencies, including airport services and representatives of airlines operating at Kostanay Airport.
The project includes a series of activities throughout the current year aimed at improving service quality.
In addition, to analyze passenger satisfaction with service quality, a special survey will be conducted at the airport among departing and arriving passengers on both domestic and international flights.
The analysis will be carried out in two stages, which will help identify key issues. Afterwards, the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, together with airport management, will work on addressing them.
