A working meeting was held between JSC “Center for International Programs” and the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, during which the parties discussed prospects for cooperation within the framework of the Bolashak and Research Internships programs.
In his remarks, Aslan Satzhanov, Executive Director for Flight Safety and Member of the Board of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, outlined the key areas of the organization’s activities, expressed interest in developing cooperation, and emphasized the importance of improving staff qualifications through training under programs administered by the Center.
Adil Kusmanov, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Center for International Programs,” familiarized the participants with the Center’s activities and noted that to date there are more than 100 graduates of the Bolashak and Research Internships programs working in the aviation sector.
During the meeting, special attention was given to the “Bridge to the Future” project, aimed at facilitating the employment of current scholarship holders. The Center for International Programs expressed its readiness to expand the format of cooperation, including informing students about job vacancies and opportunities for professional development. It was noted that involving scholarship holders in applied research jointly with industry representatives ensures the practical orientation of research work and its alignment with the needs of the national economy.
The discussion also covered issues related to the training of engineering and technical personnel and the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the professional activities of employees of the aviation administration. Interest was expressed in training under the new field “Users of Artificial Intelligence Systems,” approved for professional internships starting from 2026.
It was emphasized that the digitalization processes across various sectors of the economy require the systematic development of competencies in the field of artificial intelligence, which is a key condition for enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy and ensuring the sustainable development of key industries in the context of digital transformation.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual readiness for further cooperation.
