The current signing is aimed at the implementation of a training program for AAK employees in 2026 within the framework of the existing agreement with ICAO and provides for the completion of virtual and classroom-based courses aimed at improving the qualifications of aviation specialists and developing professional competencies.

Thus, in 2026, within the framework of the implementation of the agreement, the training will include 23 courses in key areas, upon completion of which international ICAO certificates will be awarded.

On behalf of AAK, the document was signed by Chief Flight Safety Officer Aslan Satzhanov, who noted that this event is another stage of the strategic partnership between AAK and ICAO, aimed at developing human capital and strengthening the system of training aviation specialists in accordance with international standards, improving the level of flight safety, as well as introducing advanced practices and sustainable training mechanisms in the industry.
