Anti-Corruption Prevention Measures and the Development of an Anti-Corruption Culture Discussed at the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan

As part of efforts to prevent corruption offenses, a briefing seminar was held at the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan with the participation of representatives from the Anti-Corruption Prevention Unit of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Astana. The seminar focused on the topic: “Anti-Corruption Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

During the event, participants reviewed in detail the key areas of the state anti-corruption policy, recent amendments to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as compliance with anti-corruption restrictions and requirements applicable to employees of the quasi-public sector.

Speakers explained the procedures for preventing and resolving conflicts of interest, liability for corruption offenses, and practical aspects of fostering an anti-corruption culture within organizations.

On behalf of the Company, the Anti-Corruption Compliance Officer delivered a presentation highlighting practical examples of compliance with anti-corruption requirements, internal compliance control procedures, and the personal responsibility of employees. The Company’s Ombudsman also spoke at the seminar, addressing issues related to business ethics standards, protection of employee rights, and the development of an open corporate environment.

Such events are aimed at improving employees’ legal awareness, strengthening the principles of integrity and transparency, and fostering a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption.

The Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan continues its systematic work to implement effective anti-corruption prevention mechanisms and strengthen corporate ethics.
