On the night of March 3–4, Air Astana operated four repatriation flights: Medina–Atyrau, Medina–Aktau, and two flights from Jeddah to Atyrau. A total of 640 passengers returned to Kazakhstan. For passengers’ convenience, the airline also operated two flights from Atyrau to Almaty and one flight to Astana.
Two additional repatriation flights are scheduled for March 4 and will be operated in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Jeddah–Aktau flight will depart at 18:00 and arrive in Aktau at 01:05+ the following day, with onward arrival in Almaty at 06:05+.
The Jeddah–Atyrau flight will depart at 20:45 and arrive in Atyrau at 05:05+ the following day, with onward arrival in Almaty at 09:55+.
All times indicated are local times at the respective departure and arrival airports.
