An additional competition was held for the subsidised Almaty – Taraz air route

At the initiative of the Akimat of Zhambyl region, it was decided to hold a competition on the socially significant Almaty - Taraz - Almaty air route.
According to the competition results, the airline "SCAT" was determined as the carrier for this air route.
It is expected that regular flights will begin operating from November 5, 2021. Flights will be used with a frequency of 6 flights per week on B-737 and CRJ-2 aircraft, with a capacity of 148 and 50 seats, respectively. The ticket price will be 9,000 tenges.
