In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and based on clause 1.2 of the Compliance Officer's Anti-Corruption Work Plan, approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan", a corruption risk assessment is being conducted from October 20 to December 2, 2025 in the following structural units of the Company: Department of International Relations; Department of Information Technology Systems and Digitalization; Licensing Department; Department of Management Systems and Rulemaking; Quality and Standards Compliance Unit.
The purpose of the assessment is to identify and minimize potential corruption risks and to enhance transparency and efficiency in the Company's operations.
