Abu Dhabi, UAE 12th February, 2025, The UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and its training arm, International Aviation Consulting & Training (IACT), have officially signed a Letter of Agreement (LoA) with the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan (AAK) to strengthen aviation training, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in Kazakhstan.
This partnership underscores the commitment of both organizations to enhance aviation safety, regulatory oversight, and professional development through tailored training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Under the agreement, IACT will collaborate with AAK to:
• Develop specialized training programs for regulatory authorities, airlines, and airports
• Provide capacity-building initiatives to align with ICAO and international best practices
• Deliver regulatory and compliance training in key areas such as safety management systems, airworthiness, and flight operations
• Support continuous professional development (CPD) programs for aviation professionals
• Offer consultancy services to enhance safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence in Kazakhstan’s aviation sector
Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director General at UAE GCAA, commented:
