On April 15, 2024, on behalf of the Ministry of Transport, a pilot project "Best Airport Service" was launched at Aktau International Airport.
Thus, as part of the implementation of the pilot project "Best Airport Service", the first stage of the passenger survey will be conducted in the period from April 26 to May 10 this year. In general, the survey will be conducted three times during the year: in April, August and November.
The main objective of the survey is to find out passengers' opinion on the quality of services and service culture. The project provides for a comprehensive approach involving representatives of border control, customs service, line police department, airport and airlines operating at Aktau airport.
The survey is available to every passenger departing and arriving at Aktau International Airport. In order to take the survey, special posters with a QR code are installed at the airport, providing the opportunity to take the survey in three languages - Kazakh, Russian and English.
Based on the results of the surveys, the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, together with Aktau International Airport, will conduct an appropriate analysis, which will allow us to identify certain weaknesses.
The aviation authorities of Kazakhstan ask for the active participation of all passengers departing and arriving to/from Aktau airport.
