In the aviation industry since 2004 after graduating from Rudloe College Almaty with a degree in Air Traffic Services. Since 2011, he has been involved in the implementation of the safety management system in the air navigation service provider of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “Kazaeronavigatsia” RSE, also was responsible for conducting internal safety audits and risk assessment.

In January 2020, he joined the team of the “Aviation Administration” of Kazakhstan JSC as a senior inspector for air traffic control services of the Department of Air Navigation.

Due to the need to organize state regulation in the field of unmanned aviation, since 2021 he leaded the unmanned aerial vehicles team, which was engaged in the development and implementation of the Rules for the Operation of unmanned aerial vehicles in the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
