


The mission of ECAC is to contribute to the further development of a safe, efficient and sustainable European air transport system.
ECAC's many years of aviation experience, pan-European membership and close relationship with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) make it a unique European forum for discussing all major civil aviation issues.
In January 2021, CAC and AAK signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC). As part of the memorandum, Kazakhstan received observer status in the European Civil Aviation Conference and became the third CIS country admitted to the ECAS. Cooperation covers issues of flight safety, accident investigation, aviation security, environment and other areas of international civil aviation.

. IATA represents about 290 airlines in 120 countries, including airlines of Kazakhstan. IATA members account for 83% of global air traffic, and IATA members include the world's leading passenger and cargo airlines.

EASA's area of responsibility includes safety analysis and research, authorization of foreign airlines, advice in the development of European aviation legislation, implementation and monitoring of safety regulations, issuance of type certificates for aircraft and components, and authorization functions for organizations involved in the development, production and maintenance of aviation products.
Kazakhstan airlines fly to European Union countries, and in this regard, there is a certain cooperation of Kazakhstan with EASA.

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore
The mission of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is to grow a safe, vibrant air hub and civil aviation system, making a key contribution to Singapore's success. CAAS' roles are to oversee and promote safety in the aviation industry, develop the air hub and aviation industry, provide air navigation services, provide aviation training for human resource development, and contribute to the development of international civil aviation.
