Timur Tlegenov, the new Deputy of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was introduced today at a staff meeting by Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Marat Karabayev.
Based on merit, he was appointed to this position with the approval of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Apparatus of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
T. Tlegenov earned a degree in air transport management from France's National School of Civil Aviation (ENAC) in 2021. In 2014, he received a degree in international relations from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He earned a degree in international relations with honors from L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University in 2009.
He was the Head of the Aviation Transportation and International Air Traffic Regulation Department of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan before being appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee.
From October 2009 to October 2019, he worked as an expert, chief expert, and chief expert - senior civil aviation inspector of the Department of international relations and air transportation in the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated December 2, 2021.
