The event brought together a large number of helicopter operators in the country.

The seminar was attended by pilots, engineers, quality and aviation security specialists, representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazaviaspas JSC, the state airline Berkut, as well as representatives of private airlines.

Representatives of Airbus Helicopters in their presentations highlighted a number of important topics:

• statistics on the fleet of Airbus helicopters in the world and in Kazakhstan;

• Airbus Helicopters safety management system and best practices;

• Airbus Helicopters tools to support aviation security;

• review of accidents and lessons learned;

• recommendations for pilots on actions in case of unintentional exposure to bad weather conditions.

At the end of the event, Bernd Osswald, Head of the Investigation and Accident Prevention Department at Airbus Helicopters, shared with the audience information about the global strategy and goals that the company sets for itself.

The event was highly appreciated by the participants and demonstrated that all industry participants - the manufacturer, operators and regulator are united to achieve the common goal of ensuring a high level of flight safety.
